Bonnie Saynay
Managing Director, Global Head, ESG Research & Data Strategy, ISS ESG
Bonnie Saynay is Global Head of ESG Research for Institutional Shareholder Services with responsibility for leading its ESG research organization and the development of ESG research solutions, including screening, ratings, norm-based research, and ESG methodology. Bonnie also oversees the evaluation of ESG market frameworks in order to innovate existing methodologies underlying ISS ESG’s industry-leading research and ratings and will partner with teams on ESG data strategy.
Previously, Bonnie served as the Global Head of Responsible Investment at a leading global asset management firm, Invesco Ltd. She brings more than 20 years of global strategy, innovation, business development, and responsible investment experience in the asset management industry. Bonnie has consulted and advised global asset owners across the globe including China, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, France, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, UK, Switzerland, Belgium, and extensively across North America.
She has appeared in numerous global publications and studies including Pension and Investments, Investment Europe, Eurozone, CityWire, IGNITES Asia, European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI) and Gulf News.
